We have been working on a fix for the long term issue that stopped recurring fees to be assessed. We have now upgraded our software and the problem has been solved. We have decided not to allow any of the backlogged old amounts to be applied as we think most customers will have accounted for this issue in other ways and if we suddenly send out 6 months of fees to all users it will create mass confusion. The bug will be fixed and only new amounts applied. I hope this does not inconvenience too many of you.
