Disability management is becoming a critical factor for managers and supervisors at all levels and the ability to balance the needs of the department or organization against the obligation to employees and their health is often an area of confusion and frustration.  This course will increase both the competence and understanding of your staff. ​Prevention, Accommodation and Support in Disability Management

This 8 week course will cover the skills and knowledge needed to understand effective, comprehensive, disability management programs.  We will cover all areas of physical and mental impairments, rehabilitation and return to work processes.  Designed for leaders who would like to have a better insight into the challenges and processes of Disability Management.
